Lauren Markulis

I'm Lauren Markulis! I'm a dedicated and passionate hairdresser, and I'm also the owner of House of Hair, conveniently located in downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia. In 2015, I earned my Bachelor's degree in business administration from Western Governors University, adding a strong business foundation to my skill set.

 

Throughout my life, I've always had a keen interest in home décor and home styling, which eventually led me to pursue my dream of obtaining my real estate license in 2021. As a native of Fredericksburg and a current business owner in the area, I possess extensive local knowledge and a deep understanding of what this great community has to offer.

 

Beyond my two passions of being a hairdresser and a Real Estate Agent, I find immense joy in spending quality time with my husband, children, friends, and our two beloved dogs. It's incredibly fulfilling for me to be able to combine both of my passions by continuing to serve my clients in the salon and assisting them with their real estate needs!
